Laptops Need a Lappy around 40k..Help needed

I am looking for a good laptop..
My Budget is 38k - 43k

looking for one with core i5 and HD5650/similar..

Please give me suggestions..

You can not get a core i5 and ATI HD 5650 Graphics Card based laptop within Rs.43,000. But I will suggest you to buy HP DV4 2126TX Laptop which has Core i3 processor and ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4550 Graphics 512 MB GDDR3 Graphics Card. 5740g is out of stock.. and discontinued from acer.. don't know confirmed btw!!

also many people said that hp has lot's of heating issues..

Else i recommend Dell Inspiron 15 with 1GB ATI Mobility radeon 550v

Acer 5745G with i5 cpu+nvidia Gt330m gpu is a good option at 43-44k,you wont get i5+Ati 5650/Gt 330m at or below 40k.
