Audio Need a decent IEM for 1k-3k

As the title suggests I'm looking for a decent IEM in the price range 1k - 3k.
Main purpose would be listening to mostly Hindi movie songs and the other one is
I may use it on office to block out the external noise that's the reason why I want to prefer this over headphones.

Kindly let me know the options.
 
vsonic vsd1 for 2500-3000
sony mh1-c which is available only at rediff.com for 2000 but there is no warranty as its an oem set
meelectronics a151 for about 2500(it has very less bass though)
