N70ME Firmware Upgrade...How to??

Hi

I've N70 ME and its Firmware is
5.0638.3.0.1
18-9-06
RM-84

I want to flash/upgrade its firmware to the latest one, v5.0705.3.0.1 coz it has got really new improvements and got bugs solved.

Pls let me know, what all things i need to backup before applying the update?
I can backup my SMS, SONGS, PHOTOS n Media, n applications.

but what about the default applications which i got Factory loaded...like Opera, Yahoo msger, Rintone editor, Adobe acrobat, Quickword, norton n etc...
Will they remain unaffected?? Coz i dont have their setup files.

and ***most importantly my CALENDER NOTES....now how to backup them??

n can we save/backup our current Firmware version??

And shall we remove the memory card from the phone during upgradation??

thx but I didnt ask for the download...i have it already.

but how to take backup of Calender notes/memos etc. and rest what i asked for.

well... i guess the apps. installed on phone memory might get deleted.... for backing up the contacts n calender events... try the nokia pc suite backup option...

damn... haven't used PC suite for ages :ashamed:
