From very ancient times, children are advised to go for a morning walk every single day as this helps the person stay fit and active the entire day. And I am sure many of you might be following this. But for most people these days, morning walks have turned to treadmill walks and when I say "walks" this includes "running" as well. Of course, not every one in a society possesses treadmill and most people still believe in the traditional way of moving out of their house for a morning walk.
So which one of these options do you prefer and which one do you find more feasible? Also, what do you think would be better for the body: a 30-minute jog on a treadmill in your balcony or a 30-minute stroll in a park near your house?

Given the air pollution levels in my city, morning or evening walks aren't advisable, especially for older people.
