Migrating to Android

Hi,
My sister bought a samsung galaxy ace. Previously she had a nokia phone. I have taken a back up of all her contacts, texts. The file extension is nbu/nbf. How to i convert these into android compatible?
Are there any apps for this or do i have a install n run a s/w on my PC?
