Hello
I hav heard about micro sd cards class 4 , class 8 etc
what is the differance between the classes. does this indicate speed. is class 8 of higher speed than class 4
And which is best brand to buy micro sd cards mobile memories?

class represents reading speed & writing speed . in general class 4 should be adequate for a mobile

any international brand with warranty should be fine though personal choice varies ...

SDHC cards have several classed, which denote the minimum write speeds. The classes are 2, 4, 6 and 10. If you have an Android phone, going for a class 10 card would be better. But if you have a basic phone which does not write much to the card, then a class 4 is more than sufficient. Avoid class 2 unless its a good deal.

Strange!! My 8gb class 6 card gives max write speed of 4.8 MBps only
