Metalink logs out every few minutes

I am working on oracle and use metalink quiet often. The only problem with this is, it logs me out every few minutes of inactivity, i mean even 4-5 minutes. Is there any way to increase the session keep alive time ?
 
Yes there is an option "Remember Me" that just remembers the Id and not the session or the password. Moreover since it is an https site so may be. Not sure though

Yes the same id is being used by multiple people at onsite and offshore. I know that may be the reason for this session timeout.

It is very much irritating when the session times out while creating an SR :mad:
 
yeah...the same thing happens with me...whenever some1 else logs in my session is logged out...and i have to log in again...handling an SR has become a PITA..
