Medium Gaming rig till 30K

Hi all I am new in Bangalore and im looking for a medium end Gaming rig for that my budget is 30K. This is the list of components below im gonna buy but not yet locked on few things like, which i3 processor 540 or 550 which is better and is 5770 is sufficient for the games till COD Black ops or Crysis2,FEAR2,GTA4 and Gear of wars2.
or with the same price Tag is their any better Nvidia GPU.
By the way i was looking at the blogs were i found out that HD5770 needs 500W PSU can u please suggest me any PSU with a decent price tag so that my budget will not go beyond
And also please suggest regarding RAM brand apart of Crossair and motherboard brand if better then this, in this configuration and please can anyone help me out for the best and in Cheap Shop to buy it from SP road Bangalore as im new in here.

Please feel free to give any suggestion on the components so i can improve it and make it for an optimal use.

Even this config is slightly more than your budget as you would have to spend another ~1.5k-2k for the UPS! Its close to impossible to accomodate the config you have in mind in this budget because,

Motherboard Gigabyte GA-H55M-UD2H - 4.6k
GPU MSI /XFX HD5770 1GB GDDR5 - 7.6k

This alone exceeds budget by 4k!!! + UPS will cost close to 35k.
