Audio Loose 3.5mm jack PL-11, what next?

Hey,

My soundmagic PL-11's 3.5mm jack seems to be loose.. Because whenever I connect it to any device, I've to adjust it by rotating it to hear from both left and right channels otherwise only left speaker works..

Anybody knows what is the method of fixing it?
 
^ it happens to all the devices.. I tried on iPod Touch, Nokia 5130 XpressMusic, N79.. The same thing happens.

What is the procedure for RMA?
 
For RMA, Give it to the dealer from where you've bought it . If via postage inform him first beforehand.
Eg. I've bought mine from prime so i'll have to give it back to them with your bill as your proof of purchase.
 
I know this thread is quite old but I have the same problem and google brought me here.

My earphones (nokia HS86 i believe) are not in warranty so i cant rma it and stuff.
I was thinking of doing this -

Get CuSO4, a copper object to use as electrode and electroplate the jack pin using it as cathode. This should thicken up the pin somewhat.

Do you ppl think this would work?
