Storage Solutions Looking for external DVD writer. Suggestions needed.

I am looking for a new external DVD writer as my old one died recently.
Could any of you pls suggest some along with how much they cost ??

Drives fron philips and sony are good, no idea about their price.
Check some online shopping sites for their price.
 
I am getting Transcend and Buffalo ones from my nearby shop.

Which one do you think is better ??

How about Samsung ??

Or do you think, I should stick to LG only ??
 
I am not familiar with external ones, but internal samsung's have some tray issue, but LG are simply great i myself have two LG ODD. Check you the price and ASS before buying either of them :)
