Budget 31-40k Looking for a medium-end gaming/work laptop

This is the laptop that I have in my mind... Is it the best solution to my work related and medium-gaming scene?

As for work, i'll be using adobe photoshop, premiere pro, video editing and such software.
Not really worried about gaming as such but should be able to play... say... GTA etc.

is 40k worth it for this laptop? Or can I get it at a cheaper rate?

Overpriced for 40k. consider this for 40k: Asus K53SM-SX010D. Check locally you may find it for 38-39k and with free bag.

else grab this. Better than the Dell: HP Pavilion G6-2005AX (gaming performance is better in this. processing power is more on Asus).

I think the Intel HD 4000 may be more than enough for medium-end gaming, if so any 3rd core i5 would be quite good.

Also if you ever want to carry your laptop around I think you will soon find that a 15.6" is just too bulky and heavy. So unless you plan to use it as a desktop replacement better go for a 14" (HP Pavilion G4 Series G4-2036TU Laptop (Sparkling Black) (3rd Gen Ci5/ 4GB/ 500GB/ Win7HB): Flipkart.com: Compare, Review HP Notebook is one option for this).

Why you are thinking to buy 2nd core-i5 laptop with GT 525M? You would not get good performance in gaming with that model.
Better to buy HP-Pavilion-G6-2006TX

It has HD 7670M graphics which is better even better than GT 540M and GT 630M
