I3 or similar. 250 gb will do. Under 40k but not more than 50k. Long lasting battery, fast charging preferable. Decent durability.
 
You can check out ASUS VivoBook 14 series that is right up your alley its has fast charging, battery life is good and is 1.5kg and I have personally purchased it for a friend of mine and the laptop feels sturdy and there was no flex.
