laptop with 4+ hrs battery life for 1080p/720p mkv playback?

Hi All,

Need a 14 inch laptop for watching 1080p/720p movies on the go.
Any laptops below 30000 which will give 4+ Hrs of battery life while watching 1080p/720p mkv rips?

I doubt that with your budget of 30k , you can get any laptop which will play 1080p movies for over 4 hours. However if you can give up a bit on screen size - the amd fusion powered Hp-DM-1z and the Sony Vaio YB can easily do 4+ hours of 1080p playback. they should cost you about 25k a piece.

any idea if a dell inspiron 14 with sandybridge i3 and 9 cell battery would give a longer battery life than the HP DM1z?

1080/ 720 on a laptop. its better to see'em on LCD!

also these resolution of 1280x720, 1920x1080 are all not supported in a laptop below 30k.
