Budget 21-30k Is this CONFIG worth it in 2022 ?

Hey all TE members !

I would like some honest advice regarding the following configuration, please let me know how much you think would be a fair price to pay for it.

CPU - Intel 9700k 9th gen
COOLER - Cooler master Masterliquid Lite 120 AIO
MOBO - Asus Z390-F gaming ATX
PSU -Corsair VS650 80+ white
CASE - Cooler master k501 L V1
If someone would be kind enough to give me a break up of the components (priced fairly for 2022), I would really appreciate it. The seller is asking for 27k (incl a 240gb SATA ssd on which the OS is installed), the whole setup was bought in Jan'20 from Vedant computers (seller shall send me the bill soon, i shall upload asap). I am completely unsure whether this is a good price or not, although i feel its a little steep. I am uploading the pics provided by the seller. The setup is in good condition and performs to expectation, seller has sold off the GPU (made a killing last year) and RAM sticks, I have 16gb (8gbx2) of RAM and an RTX 2080 FE that i wish to use in this config.
I would be very grateful for any guidance regarding this configuration, please help !

I shall probably be gaming and using light applications such as photoshop/illustrator/revit/CAD, and I'd like to be future proofed for at least a couple of years.
the whole rig was bought it Jan 2020 so I'm assuming there shall be warranty on all products listed, although the seller has yet to send me a bill of the same, he is trying to procure it soon, i shall post it once he does. Considering they all are within warranty, what would you think a fair price that you would be willing to pay ?

Price is a bit too much for just those components. An i5-12400F kicks that 9700k right in the nuts. See if you can build a that system with some H610 mobo in 30K, I'm sure it can be built easily.
Buy a 750W 80+ bronze/gold PSU to use your 2080 with it and you're done.

9th gen was a bad release lacking hyperthreading in many CPUs including the 9700K

thank you so so much for the frank and honest opinion, i did check userbenchmark for the deets and turns out youre absolutely right !!!
i shall probably try and go for broke and get a 12th gen build !
