Is The HP ipaq 512 good??

I'm looking for a cheap phone with wifi
hp ipaq @ 11999 rs seems very attractive is it good??
is there any oder phone <18000 rs wid wifi
any where can i have a look at a ipaq 512??
hp retailers here dun seem 2 know about its existance
 
If you can strech your budget upto 20k, from 18k I would suggest you look into the HTC Touch.

The HP iPaq 512 looks like a smartphone. I think if this is for business you could look into used iMate K-Jam's (with a QWERTY keyboard) or even a brand new Touch available from AirTel for lesser than 20k.

Alternatively you could also look at the HTC-S710 (Sells for about 16.5k)

nah not mainly business use but i just wanted a smart phone with wifi that is cheap and my budget is not at all stretchable
