Interconnect 2 public IPs on same Sonicwall TZ-210

Is it possible to interconnect a Sonicwall TZ-170 and TZ-210 that are using different public ip address' ?

I have my network on the TZ-170 put cannot get a few site-to-site vpns working on my new TZ-210 so I was thinking if possible to use a different public IP for the TZ-210 if I can get everything interconnected somehow....
