How to share files between Android mobile & PC without wifi

Oh. Can you help me with that?
Doesnt matter if I'm able to share only some selective folders but their thumbnails shall appear in windows desktop while accessing.
 
Tried that and it looks genuine sharing. But again only issue is thumbnails doesnt load or show even if the browsing is just as any other windows folder.
 
I'm getting speeds only up to 4mbps while transfering data from phone to pc.
Any way to get 10mbps or 100mbps?

Do i need to do any changes to wifi router?
 
If am right, speed on transfer largely depends on the the phone's configuration,SD card write speed,etc.
All these become bottlenecks

Are you sure in this?
My phone is Xperia Z3 and I dont use any SD card. Just the internal memory.
So what could be the bottle neck then?
