How to paste excel spreadsheet in an eMail

Hi Guys,

I use Yahoo Mail for my business communication. There are plenty of times where I have to send quotations and I have to attach Excel sheets.

I wish to paste the Excel Spreadsheet in the eMail Body instead of attaching the sheet. I googled regarding it and found that the mail should be composed in rich text and not plain text. I have even done that but it didn't help. So, please suggest me the ways to accomplish this task.

Just now found that pasting excel sheet doesn't work with chrome and therefore tried doing the same in Internet Explorer and voila it retained the gridlines and data.

Only problem is that it didn't retain the colour of the text.
