I m having trouble uploading image to my facebook page.. Whenever i upload below image i loose the resolution..

I believe you are planning to use it as a cover photo for a page. Make the image 854 x 315 pixels resolution, and you wouldn't see it getting resized.
In your image, the width can be reduced easily as everything else is centred. However, to decrease the height, you need to remove the vertical white space between the text and the nail-cutter image, and again between it and the text.
