Laptops how much shouid i be asking for DELL xps 1530

I have a almost new Dell xps 1530, just got everything replaced.
Bought this in KSA, though the warranty has been transfered here.

here goes its configuration :
Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo Processor T7500
Video Card 256MB NVIDIA(R) GeForce(R) 8600M GT
Memory 4GB ( 2 X 2048MB ) 667MHz Dual Channel DDR2 SDRAM
Hard Drives 160GB SATA 7200RPM Performance Hard Drive

How much should i be asking for this?
i paid 5500 riyals, going by todays exchange rate its about 68k INR.
though, when i bough it, rates were much lower, so it actually set me back by 60k.

50K really, i said 40k to someone today, so i guess i should back out from the deal.
 
what party monger told ya was for a new one... i would say if ya are gettin 40k then its good....for a year old lappy i would give not more than 35k

Its almost new, by that i mean, i got it its Mobo, processor, ram n HDD replaced.

By the way, Dell sucks in terms of product quality but rules in terms of customer care.
 
well checked the dell web site the new XPS 1530 sells for 56k...but yours is with smaller hdd and weaker processor....the difference is of 1 gb ram...so i still stand behind what i said...i wont pay or recommend someone to buy a year old lappy (probably outta warranty) for more than 35k...also there are many dealers who have arranged dell laptops at a lower prices...check old threads...i think they can arrange as many as ya want for 50k ;)
 
my XPS came with 3 years warranty cover,

n its just an year old.

this is the last thing bw me n my MBP, apple here i come. :)
 
you have no idea how eager i am to join apple family :)

Planned to get one from US the day the New MBP`s came out, but dollar surge pushed my away from my MBP`s.

But no more, XPS will clear my path.
