hotmail opening problem ?

i can open hotmail mainpage but when i sign in i cannot open hotmail inbox on my cablenet connection.i can open it through dial up though.is there a problem with my pc or on something wrong from my ISp's side
 
I think its not the problem with your computer..just try to clear the temp files cookies and check it..are you using Internet Explorer to check your mails or any different Browser...I think it might be the issue with your ISP not with the computer as you were able to view with cable and not with dialup so both times if you are using the same computer and same browser obviously its the issue with your ISP
