Help with adobe photoshop

Hi,

I scan a sheet with image & text in it and save the file in jpg format. when check the output in the screen the image is clear but text don't. So i try to use adobe photoshop to view more clarity. Here is my problem. The text are not dark. How can i make text very dark and readable form. Image is okay but problem with text. Which menu should i approach? Any Adobe specialist in this forum? Pls help

do u want to view a document in electronic form?
thn wat u want is OCR software..which comes usually along with scanner..
u scan that sheet using tat one.. thn only images will be blurred (less chances) which u can adjust using the one scanned now..
 
most scanners also have a 'text with images' mode...where both text and images will be scanned clearly. Using an OCR software will help a lot. Either use th one included with scanner, or any 3rd party software. I've used ABBYY Finereader, its really nice, despite the funny name.
