OC & Modding Help with 120mm CPU cooler fans

I have a 2000 rpm Noctua nf-f12 which is out of stock everywhere now, i can get either a 1500rpm or 3000rpm fan but i want to use the fans as a push pull config on my tower cooler (will use a splitter and connect to cpu fan header)

1)Do you guys think the change in this rpm can cause turbulence and improper air flow?
2)Also if i do get the 3000 rpm one, should that be the primary fan on the splitter or secondary?
3)And lastly which should be the pull and the push fan if i get the 3000 rpm one?

Thanks in advance :)

Get two identical fans and mount them on the cooler. Having dissimilar fans (RPM and CFM) may be less optimal than a single fan.

If your CPU is not currently thermal throttling with a single fan, you can wait until the proper fan is back in stock.

Ah thank you for your input, i will mail the relevant e-store regarding it's availability but seems unlikely
And yes i was also thinking that having 2 fans of different rpms can negatively impact the cooling
