Hey Fellas!

Need your expert opinion on this issue I've been facing since last night.
My age old PC config goes like this:

E8400 C2D @ 3.0Ghz
Gigabyte GA-EP31-DS3L
2GB Transcend DDR2
3TB's of space.
Corsair CX 430
CM690

Now, since last night, the damn thing won't go past this screen

I have tried pretty much everything there is under the sun.
BIOS reset using jumpers, Q-Flash, power drain, New CMOS battery, but I just can't boot to the desktop.
Every time, after POST, the system gets stuck on this screen, and then restarts. This keeps going on in a loop.

Can you guys shed some light on this issue? I am all out of options at this time.

Thanks fellas!
Cheers!

Lol. Come on mate. Don't you think I tried all that before I started this thread here? In case you are unaware, Q-Flash is the BIOS flashing utility provided by Gigabyte for older generation motherboards. I tried flashing the BIOS with versions from the 1st release to the latest, but never got past that screen.

So, once again, what else ya got? :D
