CPU/Mobo Help Required: PC wont start after six beeps

Guys, please suggest me the cheapest configuration (Processor, motherboard, RAM, PSU) that I should buy to get similar performance. USB 3.0, SATA 3 and HDMI/DVI port is must.
Budget -18.5K

Intel Core i3 6100 -8500,
MSI H110M-Pro VH -4800,
Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB 2400Mhz DDR4 -3000,
Antec VP450P -2200.
Total -18,500.

MSI H110M-Pro VH motherboard has HDMI port & VGA port.
OP can go with Gigabyte B150M-D3H @ 7k
Intel Core i3 6100 has Hyperthreading so 2 real cores + 2 virtual cores =4 cores.
OP can go with Dual Core Intel Pentium G4400 @ 4.5k

Thanks.

How do compare Intel Pentium G4400 with my i3-3220 (or even i3-2370M of my laptop)? I am 100% happy with the performance of both. Laptop has 4GB RAM and it is still sufficient for my work (I am using it as a desktop these days with external keyboard+Mouse and 24" Monitor).

Will G4400 similar performance? As I mentioned earlier that I am not into gaming.

How about Asus H110M-D instead of MSI/Gigabyte?

Sill i3 3220 can run demanding applications smoothly because of Hyper Threading where as Pentium G4400 will lag in some demanding applications but since G4400 is the latest processor it supports many instructions.

I suggest OP to go with Intel i3 6100 which has Hyper Threading & latest processor, so supports all instructions up to date.

OP can go with Asus H110M-D motherboard since it has HDMI port.

Thanks guys for your help. Finally my computer is up and running.

As I guessed in my first post, the motherboard was the culprit.

Bought a new Intel DH61WW Motherboard from Amazon and everything works liked a charm now.

I didn't even need to re-install windows (on first start, it asked for troubleshoot and I think I selected to ignore device driver match???).

I compromised on USB 3.0, SATA 3 (6 Gbps) and HDMI/DVI but there are not many options available for LGA1155 motherboard.

I will buy a USB 3.0 card separately.

Now, since my motherboard is changed, my windows 10 is NOT activated. (It is windows 10, upgraded from windows 8.1 Dreamspark).

What should I do to activate it?

Edit: Activated windows by putting the original windows 8.1 dreamspark key.

Bought it from Amazon @3340.

http://www.amazon.in/Intel-DH61WW-Desktop-Motherboard/dp/B00741DOUG

It is OEM board and came in a unbranded brown box.

The product page says 3 Years Limited warranty but just now checked on Intel website that warranty is till March 20, 2017 only.

Not sure if I should keep the motherboard or return it. If I return it, what are my options?

return the board and get asus or asrock or any brand with 3 year warranty and avoid intel they are crap and no after sale service is not impove it

Ok guys, my Gigabyte B75M-D3H motherboard is live again.

The problem was with the BIOS. Took it to a reliable place in Nehru Place, they removed the BIOS chips (It has dual BIOS) and updated it with the latest version and everything is working great now. :)

Just curious about Intel after sale service. I had very good experience when one of the motherboard died few years back. I had to drop it to their Bangalore service center; and on 3rd day a replacement was delivered to me. I recently had a CPU replaced as well; and that was fast as well.

^ but now these day the intel service center has been shift to different third party like dicare to kaizen info tech as some people who has bad experiment for rma many intel board woe, as now these day they have stop selling intel board as now they will start focus on workstation board in the future business
