Hello Friends,
I am using HFCL connect broadband in PPPoE mode. My ports are successfully forwarded when connected to direct modem. But after connecting to Wifi [Belkin wireless G], Ports are again jammed.
I have disabled DHCP in Belkin router and paste the ips in TCP/IP settings i.e
IP Address: 192.168.2.4
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway: 192.168.2.1
Preferred DNS Server: 202.164.51.21
Alternate DNS Server: 202.164.32.82

Internet is working fine but Ports are not forwarded yet. I have checked it through https://www.grc.com/x/portprobe=5000 Please guide me accordingly.

Could you post a screenshot of the settings page of the router where you are placing the port forward details.

Check the firewall section. if nothing else works, enable DMZ(found under firewall section);)

@Gaurish ~ At Belkin Router> Firewall> DMZ ask for the private ip. What IP should i give. If i give router IP i.e. 192.168.2.1 then it says
The host IP address is invalid. It should not be the Router`s LAN IP.

@asingh ~
Would not the IP inserted be the IP the router assigns to your machine..?
I am not getting you bro.
