For ALL those TE users out of Borivli East - can y'all pls suggest a reliable inexpensive ISP Broadband provider.
Needed for a student for using it
- for emails, a little surfing, a few downloads etc. (very light usage plan)
Pls do not suggest MTNL, as i tried it, submitted application - it has been over one month still waiting for a REP to show up - Complained 3 times to find out it would take another 2 months!!!!!!.....unbelievable.!. they are back-logged for 2 months and are now processing applicaitons that came in for JAN 14 2007....? i give up with MTNL!.
