Help me choose between these IEM's.

Seems to me that the IM716's are not available here

So I have to source them from the US now.

So now I have a few more options.

I have narrowed them down to:
1. Altec Lansing im716
2. Westone Um1
3. Etymotic er6

I mostly know the pros and cons of each of these.

So now if you had to choose one which should it be?
