20k? what are your requirements? how big is the family?
convection (i.e. all in one) 20-22litre ovens are well under 10k. Samsung, LG, you can go wrong with either. Just check for stainless steel cavity, its supposed to be better than ceramic coated ones. Samsung mostly has ceramic coated ones with a 5 yr warranty (on cavity & coating). stainless steel ones can be found in LG, but the warranty is 1yr.
