Whats the budget? 20k or 28k? First line says 20k and the title and last line says 28k.

This would make a much better and balanced rig. You dont need a PhenomII X6 unless you are a Pro. If you are a Pro then up the budget and go for it.

The PhenomII X4 has L3 Cache which the AthlonII X4 lacks. The L3 helps in slightly better gaming performance. So not much use for you.

Plus the Athlon II X4 consumes lesser power.

Which monitor is better BenQ G2420 or Samsung PX2370 Led
I m getng both in good deal
Almost at a same rate
 
Better buy is the BenQ G2420 haven't heard about the Samsung PX2320. Can't even find it on the Samsung site, closest match Samsung PX2370 -- The most comfortable viewing experience for you - PX2370 - Desktop Monitior - Monitor | SAMSUNG.

Some TE members have BenQ G2420 and they have given +ve feedbacks. Not sure about the Sammy monitor. Wait for user opinion or google a bit for user opinions.
