HELP Decide Bottom Freezer Refrigerator

Hi, I am looking for a new refrigerator - preferably bottom freezer. I saw three models and this is what I thought of them (price is a factor but not the deciding factor - I need 300ltrs+ and max 50k budget)
a) Hiaer - Looks nice. But a few dealers said - its full china make and scared my wife and me about the durability. b) Hitachi - loved the looks but freaked out at the price.
c) Whirlpool - I have a whirlpool and my experience with the after sales service is keeping me away.

From the forums here, I gather Panasonic is good - but one dealer in Mumbai cautioned that the inside volume space is much less than other makes

need urgent guidance!

I used a fridge which looked something like http://www.panasonic.com/in/consumer/home-appliances/refrigerators/frost-free/nr-bw465xs.html when I was in sydney. its a pretty huge one and actually I liked it. it did the job well. I cant compare it with others though. the bottom freezer was pretty huge too. you could put a month's supply of icecream assuming that you will eat a tiny tub every day.
the bottom freezer is very very convinient compared to the top too.
