[help] A free foreign exchange .xml site anyone knows?

Hi all,
There is a free foreign exchange display at ECB: Euro foreign exchange reference rates . Further the data is packaged also as an .xml file so people could use it applications like openoffice.org or any application which uses .xml . Now does anybody know of any other central bank or site which provides this data for free & also have Indian Rupees in it. Reps. would be awarded if somebody is able to find some site where the data is free, reliable, consistent. Cheers !

i dont know about .xml file but this site allows you to downlod data in excel spreadsheet format for free.

of course rbi's site ( Reserve Bank of India - India's Central Bank) does provide u the rates but only for selected currencies like EUR,YEN,USD and GPB but not in downloadable or xml format.
