Sennheiser HD485 or Grado SR-60 for this purpose will be the best in the given budget. get it either by KMD or by ttvj.com ( i got mine shipped here in india from ttvj)

over the ear for xtra comfort (hence not grado sr-60)

have US source so getting it here is not a problem
