Good High-end bidet which should run at 110v-220v

Hey guys, after I saw them the first time I knew from that time that I should have one at any cost.. but the issue is many aren't available in India. and the imported ones normally run on 110/120V.. with high power requirement I think high wattage transformer will be required which can be dangerous.
so my question is which ones are available in 220-240V varient.. I had earlier considered Swash 1000 from brondell but I later found out that it doesn't have 220V varient..
there are also 220V ones available from BioBidet, should I go for them? are there any bidet owners who would like to advise on maintenance and other stuffs..

Kohler. Check it out. Since it is being sold in India (.co.in) voltage must be 220-240V.

The reason why these ain't popular in India is because of prevalence of paper and aversion to bathing in the West.

(Yes my post is cryptic and looks senseless, but it makes sense if you try to understand)
