I want build a decent gaming desktop around 25k with

core 2 duo E7400 2.8ghz1066MHz,3MB,LGA,45n
19nch lcd monitor
and moderate graphics card.

Is it true that wide screen monitor are not suitable for games?

Which is the best motherboard for core2 E7400 around 4000rs?

Which cabinet and smps(400w or 500w) would be best suitable for core2 processor?
 
CPU - AMD Phenom II X2 550(5.5K).This CPU outperforms Core 2 duo E7400 in almost all benchmarks.
Motherboard - Biostar 790GX(about 5k)
Cabinet - Zebronics Bijli(1k)
PSU - Coolermaster extreme power plus 460W(2.6k)
LCD - Dell 19 1909W(6.5k)
Video card - Sapphire HD 4670 512MB DDR3.(4.5k)
RAM - Transcend 2x2GB(2.4k)
