FXP Scene still alive or dead?

Been more then 1.5 to 2 decades left the same, was admin on many sites (around 7,two were gold from US), all linked to private IRC servers.

Is the scene still alive or dead?
Dm if this exists in India.

FXP....Now that's a name I haven't heard in a long time, I mean a loooong time. And IRC I still use it for my ebooks
