I got the same one from dealextreme for 4$. Doubt it can hold bigger DSLR's and superzooms but it performed quite well with my A590IS until it broke after a year.

It is worth a try for your TZ7 , get it from DE if you can. There is a bigger version supporting DSLR'S on dealexterme as well

well ebay itself has the bigger versions too. DE will be cheaper, but maybe customs can be a hassle.
