A decent fitness band with good heart rate monitoring functionality. Should have a companion app for Android. Budget is 2-3K max.
 
Have been using a Honor Band 5, check if you can find online.

Has step counter, SPO2 Monitor, Heart Rate, Sleep Monitor, Call alerts, notifications and stuff. Battery is a bomb too.
