500 VA UPS(velsine)

Can I Play the game F.E.A.R smoothly with the above config.?
 
Yes... You will only be able to run game on 800x600 with playable settings with everything turned to medium with Softshadows/AA/AF off...

Try the demo before buying the original game :p
 
I think "switch off soft shadows" should be stuck on the retail box of F.E.A.R. The implementation is terrible to say the least and looks like they tried offsetting the actual shadow a few times with slightly varying angles and hoped it would look good. It didn't, but they went with it any way.

Apart from that, your system should run the game at medium 800x600 around 25 FPS max. A 6600GT would help, but not too much.
