Audio Earphones for iPod Classic

My iPod earphones have worn out and need good earphones dont really like IntheEar earphones heard a lot of good things about PL-30.Also earphones should be good enough to wear it for longer periods.Budget 1.2k

Go for Sennheiser earbuds.

I have had 2 Sennheiser earbuds and both sounded great for the price.

PL-30 is very good. If your ipod is a touch, consider SoundMagic MP21 with mic and remote otherwise go for PL-21 or the PL-30 based on your sound preferences. I think PL-21 is bit bassy, PL-30 has good soundstage and just enough bass. PL-30 also has a knob for increasing the bass, but using that makes bass too high and muffles the other lower and mid freq.

If you want earbuds, go for the ones BF1983 mentioned. I think those are your best bet.

What is FiiO E3 in PL-30 ??

Fiio E3 is a separate headphone amplifier and not part of PL30.

It will give a better bass when used with PL30 and will marginally improve sound quality as well.
