dual sim android less than 10k

i am looking for dual sim android for less than 10k

1.usage : wifi/gprs, video calling over sim,voice calling,texting
2.prefer 4" screen at least
3.no brand preference
4.screen should be readable outdoors
5.decent autofocus camera, flash

i have shortlisted karbonn a18 available for 9.8k. does it support video calling over sim and does the screen have good sunlight legibility

Hi, you can easily get better than that cell, don't mind but search on website there so many below 10k and that too with great features available.
