Dopod S301: How is the Phone?

This is a windows flip phone and available in market for around 9.3K with bill and the phone is imported by Dopod India.

Dopod International Corp.

The same model is also available in market as Imate SmartFlip/Qtek 8500

Has anybody used this phone. Kindly advise should I go for this phone?
