Directx 11

Has directx 11 been released as yet?
Was wondering if it makes sense to upgrade to windows 7 before it's out.

DX11 will be available for Vista and Windows 7, so you can upgrade to 7 whenever you want.

There was an update released yesterday which has updated directx version to 11 on Vista.
