Windows Device at Risk - error message in Windows 10 Update?

I started to see this after updating a few minutes ago, there was some cumulative update installed and rebooted, not sure if it's the full "patch tuesday" update arrived yet.

Yeah, I believe after I rebuilt a machine with older 1511 ISO, and it showed this..

I've the latest bits, even updated just this morning, after that this warning showed up. Clicking the "check for updates" button seems to do the check but returns to the same warning after that. Maybe some temporary glitch with the patch tuesday update delivery or something.

Yes, you get such error messages with Windows defender too. Your device might be at risk if cloud something is not turned on. (As if!)

Too bad Microsoft is switching to such scare tactics like Indian call center scammers.
