Hello everyone...I was just wondering what language and technology do the windows customization s/ws such as windowblinds use ?? I wanted to program one but i dont knw where to start...

no no u got it wrong...its like i want to make a clone of windowblinds. to replace the existing windows shell and create customization like transperancy, etc.
