Well ive finally decided to get a new setup so would like inputs from u guys as to what would be the best i can get in my budget.:)
I want a high performance pc with decent oc capability.Ive got the miscellaneous stuff like monitor, keyboard mouse speakers and stuff.I had a budget of 40k but have already decided on the antec p180 and evga nf4 sli 133-K8-NF41-AX. SO in 30k i need the remaining stuff.
The gfx card is the main issue. I need something that will let me play AOE3 with evrything turned on and high settings though not very high res(Lcd isuues). Im currently playin the demo on a p4 1.7ghz, 256mb sdram, 32mb ati radeon 7000 if u can believe that!! :bleh:
Prices of the parts as well would be appreciated:hap5:

Well a 3000+, coupled with Asus A8ne. Gfx card get the X800 GT which is priced round about 12k. Get 2*512 mb Twinmos memory. Alongwith a 120 gb SATA hdd, from any manufacturer. I prefer Seagate for their service.

For 30k this is the best you can expect. DFI nf4 ultra cost 8k upwards last I saw the list. Not worth it afaik, A8ne oc's decently plus is below 6k.

Aces, he has already decided on the MOBO - the eVGA.

@ Jaber, a 3000+ Venice, Zebby 540W or a Powersafe 500W, X800 GT, 2*512 Twinmos and a Seagate 160 SATA are all u need.

3000+ Venice - 5.9K

Zebby 540W - 4.5K

X800 GT - 12K

2*512 TinMOS - 4.8K

Seagate 160 SATA - 4.3K

Totals to 31.5K.

BTW, where are u getting the eVGA from - The Market here at TE ?
