Data Light Gets Stable While Downloading !

Hey guys im facing this pbl from last 2 weeks.....wenever i start downloading something data light of my modem gets stable after 15-20 mins n download stops....why is dis happening....is dis pbl frm my side? or from bsnl guys?....Plz help me....

Something similar was happening to me too , the link would freeze during downloads , called up MTNL guys and they said that it was a line problem and recitified it within 4 days

or if it torrents it could be because of excees traffic which ur pc is unable to take...
