CPU/Mobo CPU + Mobo suggestions for low-meduim gaming / video capture and editing & HD movies.

Budget - around 10K
I was suggested I3-2100 and H61 series mobo. But it does not have support for usb 3.0 .
Any suggestions with a motherboard that has them? I am ready to stretch it to max 11-12K
The rest of my specs are hard disk 1 TB SATA , ram 4GB DDR3 1333 ,ATI 5450 1gb graphics card, internal TV tuner card 24X DvD writer, Benq G2222HDL 22inch monitor,Altec Lansing VS2621,

Please help :)

Intel Core i3 2100 ~ 5600

An alternative:

Athlon II X3 435 @ 3.4k

MSI 880GMA-E45 USB3.0 @ 4.7k

Total = 8.1k

What's your purpose? If it's HTPC and simple browsing, word processing, I would say, save the 2.5k and grab the cheaper option.

10k maybe I would suggest a X4 955 system, that is a nice quadcore and i think now that chip retails 5k~ what PSU are you using ? You really need to budget 5~(I have Corsair VX550 in mind) for that its a one time expense that is going to supply clean power to your system.

AMD Llano is here bruv, fits the bill and performs pretty decent too, SMC International has put up some spiffy deals in the Dealer's Paradise do look into it -- http://www.techenclave.com/smc-internl/smc-launches-amd-llano-series-apu-194192.html.
