OC & Modding Cooler help?

Umm, m particularly looking for zalman cnps9900max cooler however unable to find it anywhere locally or online! Any hints where i can get this in India. Also any suggestions for good cooler (water or air) for 3770k, budget is somewhere between 5-6k! I'm particularly looking for zalman because of the following reasons;
Relatively small size
Cooler color and led(blue) matches the rest of the system parts theme! (Asrock Z77 extreme4, patriot xtreme division 2 1866mhz 8gb kit)
Cheaper than other air coolers and also gives neck to neck performance when compared with noctua d14
 
From GEB it will cost you roughly Rs. 4900.

Try ICC WorldWide. You might get it Rs. 300 Cheaper.

Tried ICC WorldWide for the Cheapest Listing from Google Product Search.

Comes up to be Rs. 4961, so in this case GEB is a better Option.

yes got the cooler, prime'd my 3770k at 4.4ghz, got idle 34-39, and load 55-64'. Yet to understand the cpu load line and voltage tweaks etc. Previously m using amd setup and hence not much familiar with intel OC. Any help would be greatly appreciated, will upload good pics later, a quick snap below however :p

Hi... After years of waiting finally i upgraded my first Liquid cooling sytem...
Its really amazing, with out any struggle i am running my processor 3770K at 5.0 Ghz with 63 Degree temprature
 
Its been a great week
With some interesting voltage tweeks and setting tweeks...
Now running 5 Ghz stable. Idle temp between 32 to 34 on OC 68 Degree. Here are some pic of the setup

Really nice Water cooling setup but why didn't you add color solvent to the tubings especially "RED" it will look very good in terms of aesthetics also,and btw your system looks baller.Congrats :)
 
:( love to have blood red. Unfortunately non in India are selling coolant. And it could not be hand carried from US. Considering cooling system life I don't want use any coloring agent other than a proper non conductive coolant. Currently using demineralized distilled water.
