If you can wait till Feb 3rd week ATI will introduce HD5830 which will be positioned between HD5770 and HD5850.

So the pricing should be about 13k~. The cards will be avaialble in India by End of Month or 1st week of March.

This is a better card to play fullHD and also will fit in ur budget :D
